Samuel Conlan

Playful Character Actor with a Love for Voices and Star Wars

Samuel Conlan is an actor with a knack for mimicry and a passion for Star Wars. He joined the Rollercoaster Theatre ensemble in 2024 after first being introduced to us as a participant in our Screen Acting workshops.

Sammy is known for his impressive range of voices and his dedication to bringing characters to life with infectious energy and playful charm. He thrives in the world of character acting, and his ability to slip into various personas adds depth and fun to his performances.

Most recently, Samuel performed in Rollercoaster’s Tea Party production, where he played the role of Securi-Tea! His lighthearted approach and commitment to the craft make him a standout member of the ensemble.

Acknowledgement of Country

As storytellers, we acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation, the traditional owners of the land we gather on. We’re grateful to create on this land, knowing storytelling has been part of its history for thousands of years. It has held cultures and communities long before us, and we honour the strength, wisdom, and resilience of Elders who continue to care for it today. We recognise the impact of colonisation and the absence of a treaty, and we commit to amplifying the voices of First Nations peoples and working towards truth, justice, and reconciliation. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
